    Please 🙏 understand in the year 2004 ! 2004 waay back in yes ¡2004¡!
    We learned from watching the 1st 48 show that LOCAL P.D not Department of Homeland Security not DEA not ATF NOT FBI but the local P.D on that particular show, idk the city, (I cant recall) but it was local detectives discussing surveillance updates on a guy that already was wanted by warrant, so the show displayed the squad car 2 detectives talking with the surveillance team somewhere close by and the team was intercepting the guys conversation as he walked in the gas station, so the audio of that conversation is playing w subtitles on tv lol while the camera is on the 2 detectives right, then a quick cut back to guy in gas station along with a brief audio insert from comms between the surveillance teams AUDIO and the detectives pov, the surveillance team is telling the 2 detectives, "yeah, looks like our guy is gonna swap phones in an attempt to avoid being tapped but what he doesn't know is that-

    (as camera cuts to guy opening up what they said was a minute phone)

NOT 1 SECOND WAS LOST BETWEEN THE ENDING ON THE 1ST
    CONVO, TO THE NEW PHONE DIALING OUT & GUY ANSWERED it all being double monitored smh lol some sort of long range microphones and the final boss of phone taps being able to Crack 12 different lines & or carriers at once!
    I think they felt the need to mention that in the episode to give a small hint for the audience, as to just how overwhelming and hyper accurate of a tool they use. They said it So nonchalant lol 😂 but in 2004 this surprised because of how much ppl and movies always seem to have guys swapping phones like it works 😂😂😂.
    But yeah theres no way a rapper should be saying anything about getting a new phone unless its in reference to a popular design or style but in absolutely no way is there any logical reason for alluding to being covert by swapping phones out in 2026 if 2004 had that level of advanced surveillance technology.
